Order Processing

All orders will receive a tracking number and shipping confirmation email once the order has been processed.

Orders are typically processed within 4–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During periods of high demand, order processing may take slightly longer. Please allow additional transit time for delivery once your order has been shipped.

If there is a significant delay in processing or shipping your order, you will be notified via email.

Order Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
At The Hidden Vault, we do not prioritize orders based on hierarchy, personal requests, or negotiated arrangements. Every order is handled with equal care and fairness.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Once dispatched, customers will receive their tracking details via email.

Please note that The Hidden Vault is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by the carrier (USPS),

• Packages lost in transit, or

• Items damaged during delivery due to postal error.

In such cases, we recommend contacting USPS directly to file a claim.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination and postal service performance. Once shipped, your tracking number will provide the most accurate and updated delivery information.
